TASTE & BLOOM VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in showcasing your products and creations at the launch of the first TASTE & BLOOM Artisan Market! This Market promises to bring creatives in the food, beverage and horticulture industries to the forefront. 

Our curatorial team will review your application,and if selected for the market you are interested in, applicants can expect a response within 7-10 business days for all online applications. All details are subject to change. If you do not hear from us, please note that you have not been accepted or added to a waiting list.

Please read the Terms and Conditions below before submitting your application.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1. Product Description:
Ensure that your application’s product description is accurate and includes all items you intend to sell. This helps us balance products and protect the unique quality of items at the Market. Please bring only the products that have been approved.

2. Site Allocations:
Site allocations, including your designated tent and sales area, are non-negotiable. Successful applicants will be assigned spots to the best of our ability.

3. Setup
- Reservations vary from one table to a full tent. Your spot will be assigned, and you will receive an email with your location and tent number the night before the Market.
- The Market operates from 10 AM to 6 PM. You are expected to complete your setup by 8:30 AM. Gates open at 6 AM. If you are not present by 8:30 AM, we reserve the right to reassign your table.
- Parking is available at St. Peter’s Church. Please off load your goods as no vehicles will be allowed into the Market grounds after 8:30 AM. Vehicles must also be removed from the grounds before 8:30 AM.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your display is attractive. We provide only tables and chairs.
- Ensure that your display does not obstruct other vendors. If it does, we may have to move your goods. 
- If you are COOKING, BREWING, OFFERING TASTINGS etc, please adhere to the Health & Safety Rules

4. Event Sharing:
Vendors are required to promote the event through social media, websites, email campaigns, etc. Event promotional material will be sent to you by email.

5. Photographic Permission:
By accepting these terms, you grant permission for photographs of your stall and products to be used by Artisan Market for promotional, marketing, or media purposes related to this or future events.

6. Electricity:
This is an outdoor market. While electricity is available, you must bring extension cords of at least 50 meters.

7. Security:
Although security is provided, Artisan Market is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the vendor, their property, or merchandise. All costs related to transporting, packing, unpacking, and insuring your property or merchandise are your responsibility. Artisan Market does not assume liability for any merchandise left unattended during or outside show hours.

8. Weather:
The Artisan Market will take place rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. Payments
- Payments are due upon acceptance of your application. You have 7 days to make payment.
- If payment is not made within this period and no grace period is requested by email, your spot will be released and you will be added to the waitlist. 

10. Event Changes:
In the event of a pandemic or other circumstances beyond our control, Artisan Market reserves the right to change event details (date or venue).

11. Banking Services:
There are no ATMs or banks at the location. Please ensure you bring enough change, card machines, etc., for your transactions with customers.

Space requirements

ALL TENTS are 16x 16 ft. Tables are approx. 150 x 80 cms and each table shall have 2 chairs.

1 Table @Tshs 150,000
Half Tent/2 Tables @Tshs 300,000
Full Tent/5 Tables @Tshs 600,000XL
Full Tent*/8 Tables @Tshs 800,000 (*this tent will be larger 18 x 18 feet)
Please note your space will only be confirmed after payment in full has been made.

Important Note:

Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected. The vendors who have NOT BEEN SELECTED will be automatically directed to a waiting list. Please also note, that once you are selected the payment is NOT REFUNDABLE.
